10- Assurance of Return
Include information about the visitor's intent to return to their home country after the visit. This may include employment, family ties, or other commitments.
11- Contact Information
Provide your contact information, including a phone number and email address, so that the consular officer can reach out if necessary.
12- Closing
Close the letter with a formal closing, such as "Sincerely" or "Best Regards."
12- Signature
Sign the letter by hand if sending a physical copy. If sending a digital copy, you can include a scanned signature.
